CHEMICAL SERVICE: Once a week we test and add Chemicals as needed, this includes Chlorine, Soda Ash, Bicarbonate, Muriatic Acid. • Skimmers emptied as needed • Empty the pump basket. • Check Pool Equipment. • Filter Cleaning is needed twice a year at a separate charge. • Algaecide, Pool Rx, Cyanuric Acid, Calcium Harness, Phosphates are tested regularly once per month or every 3 months at no charge. If levels are not balanced there will be a separate charge for these chemicals to bring them up to balance.

If levels are not balanced there will be a separate charge for this chemicals to bring them up to balance
